Wax Sealing

Sealing directly onto envelopes using a glue gun - the end result is beautifully authentic sealed envelopes. The Use of a glue gun makes the process of creating wax seals very quick and easy. Large scale production can be done without the time consuming flame and traditional melting methods.

Our Top Tips

Use a mini melt glue gun with our 7mm Atelier - Cera sealing wax sticks. Use a 11mm temperature control glue gun with our Atelier - Cera 11mm diameter wax sticks.

Ideal melting temperature is 70 deg to 75 deg.

Wax should not be melted too hot and the correct temperature means a much better result.

Use ice to cool the brass stamp head in-between sealing each envelope, and dry on a lint free cloth, or kitchen towel, before stamping onto wax
